MMS – What it is
MMS (ChlorineDioxide), called MMS as an acronym for “Miracle Mineral Solution” is a liquid solution made by
combining equal parts of Sodium Chlorite and Hydrochloric Acid (or Citric Acid).
Originally used to purify water, it was discovered to cure Malaria and other parasitic infections. Thousands of

– Be aware that MMS can cause “Die-off” as your body rids itself of toxins. This is a form of a Herxheimer reaction, is
a bodily process triggered by a sudden increase in endotoxins. Die-off can cause irritability, fatigue, digestive issues,
and other unpleasant symptoms. However, these symptoms are temporary.
– Also know that antioxidants can interfere with MMS effectiveness. This includes coffee, dark chocolate and fruits
and veggies (and supplements) high in vitamin C or E. These foods are good for your health, but MMS needs to be
taken 15 minutes before an antioxidant or 2 hours after an antioxidant to keep its effectiveness.
Making MMS
– First, make the Sodium Chlorite. Do this by mixing 720 ml of water with 280 grams of sodium chloride. Add the
substance to the water (not the reverse, for safety purposes). Use a glass or plastic container and non-metal utensil
to stir.
– Stir until completely dissolved then decant the Sodium Chlorite into glass or plastic bottles and label.
– You can buy Sodium Chloride flakes made by Stellar Chemical Corporation from Amazon. A 10 lb bag costs about
$100. Look for Tek grade, 80%. Don’t store it in or expose it to metal utensils as this will make the compound inert
and useless.
– You “can” use sodium chlorite on its own , but it is less effective than when it is “activated: with either citric acid or
hydrochloric acid.
– To activate the Sodium Chlorite, you will need to expose it (1:1) to either hydrochloric acid or citric acid.
– You can buy liquid hydrochloric acid 4% ACS grade made by Stellar Chemical Corporation on Amazon. OR you can
buy Citric Acid powder made by Milliard on Amazon.
– To make Citric Acid solution, combine 1 part citric acid powder to 1 part water.
– To make Activate MMS, combine 1 part Sodium Chlorite with 1 part Citric or Hydrochloric acid.
– The concentrate solution may be stored in the refrigerator/freezer and can last 12-18 mos.
– Note, MMS can bleach your clothes.
Treatment Protocols (for activated MMS)
– Entry level treatment should be at ¼ drop diluted in water taken over 4 hours on the first day of treatment.
– Then daily health treatment can be up to 6 activated drops in a liter of water over the course of 8 hours; more may
be needed for illness.
– Can gargle or use as nose spray or via nebulizer (with distilled water only)
– Especially important to take MMS 3 days before a full moon and 5 days after. Full moon is an active time for
bacteria in your body to multiply and expand its boundaries.
